How to make

  1. Start with

    Combine all the ingredients and lastly the mix, continuing to knead until the mixture is compact and homogeneous. Shape into 300 g balls and leave to rise for about 1 hr.

  2. Roll out

    Roll out the balls, creating the classic shape of either pinsa or pizza by dusting with rice flour.

  3. Bake!

    Season and bake in a stone oven with 300°C soil and 330°C sky. Remove from the oven only if the pinsa/pizza base is well cooked.
