Preparation methods for cake

Ingredients

• 1000 g mix (Torta Soffice)
• 500 g Eggs (Torta Soffice)
• 400 g Oil (Torta Soffice)
• 400 g water (Torta Soffice)
• 1000 g mix (Plumcake)
• 500 g Eggs (Plumcake)

• 500 g margarine or delactose butter (Plumcake)

Procedure for both soft cake and Plumcake

1. In the planetary mixer whip all ingredients at room temperature for about 4 minutes.

2. Put into the mould previously sprayed with release agent

3. Bake at 180° in a hot oven for about 40 minutes.
